The colorful seaside neighborhood of El Cabanyal is one of Valencia’s most rewarding areas for photography. Once an independent fishermen’s settlement, El Cabanyal became part of the city at the end of the 19th century. Despite its integration into Valencia, it has preserved a strong local identity and a distinctive visual character shaped by its maritime past.
