Southeast Asia photo gallerySoutheast Asia is a sultry and colorful kaleidoscope of many countries, cultures, people and wildlife. A five-week journey brought me again in this world’s corner after many years from my last visit. Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Indonesia remains my favorite country in the area. Every island of this incredibly varied country is a unique blend of the people who live upon it among fantastic beaches, dangerous volcanoes and breathtaking historical temples.

Croatia and Slovenia photo galleryYou can easily call both Croatia and Slovenia an earthly paradise made of snow capped alpine peaks, emerald-green lakes, extraordinary medieval walled towns and pretty Venetian-style colorful villages along a dramatically beautiful coastline. I visited Croatia and Slovenia for the first time 25 years ago, right after the turbulent and violent breakup of Jugoslavia. It was my first journey back to my family roots.

New York photo galleryBack to the trendsetter New York 31 years after my first visit for an exhausting photo shooting under its towering skyscrapers skyline in an unusual warm November.
This world epicenter of arts and adrenaline-charged city welcomed me with lots of big changes since then: new skyscrapers pop up everywhere to redesign the Midtown Manhattan’s geography, a redeveloped waterfront, a new shining lower Manhattan, bike lanes (wow!), more safety and less rubbish around and much more shopping temptations (yes, I stopped by B+H!)
Ten days spent in the Big Apple were just an appetizer compared to all you can shoot here. Even one month would not be enough to take pictures of New York because there’s always a new and different image to shoot round the corner in what I consider to be the richest iconic place on earth!
